All our plans can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually. If you choose quarterly or annual billing you will receive a discount of between 5 and 15% off the monthly billing cost on all our plans. You will be shown your full discount during the signup process before any commitment is required.

You will not be billed an account setup fee from Eclipse Hosting. New domain registrations will be responsible to pay their own domain registration fees. We will register your domain name for you through BulkRegister.com (an ICANN Accredited Registrar) at the discounted rate of $20 per year(compared to the industry-standard $35 per year). You will be listed as the domain owner and have full control of the domain name.

All of our hosting plans include the ability to create an unlimited number of separate POP3 email accounts. Each client is permitted to send a maximum of 1,000 emails in any one day and the maximum size of any one email message (including any files attached to it) is 5MB.

5 GB of monthly data transfer equates to over 250,000 pageviews each month of an average web page (20KB). You can view your website's actual data transfer usage at any time within your Control panel.

Every account receives its own Control Panel that gives you complete control to do things such as view and update your account information, view your billing history, manage your e-mail accounts, view website statistics, add additional features to your site, and much more. Too often providers operate their networks at three to four times responsible capacity. As a result, their corresponding transfer times reach over 300ms. Eclipse Hosting's network daily average is 27% of its capacity, with midday peak spikes reaching only 33% capacity. Eclipse Hosting guarantees clients will be carried off our network in less than 80ms over a five minute average at any time of day or night.

Our Network Operations Center has a direct fiber optic connection with three tier 1 providers connecting our servers directly to one of the primary Internet backbones in the United States. This means that we do not need to link to the Internet though an OC3 or T3 Telecom circuit. Instead, independent cables run inside our building directly from our NOC to all three carriers' points of presence. These lines can handle several times the bandwidth of an OC3 and allow Eclipse Hosting to offer one of the fastest, most reliable connections available.

This feature allows you to have multiple domain names all pointing to the same account. This is useful if you have different variations or even misspellings of your domain name and you want them all to go to the same website.

Custom Nameservers are useful if you plan on reselling our hosting plans. They allow you to have your own nameservers listed as hosting your clients' domains. Otherwise, your clients can perform a WHOIS search of their domain name and see our nameservers listed. Custom Nameservers keep Eclipse Hosting from appearing in any of your clients' searches.

You can take advantage of our membership with BulkRegister.com (an ICANN Accredited Registrar) and register domain names for only $20 per year (instead of the industry-standard $35). You can choose to register your domain for any length between 1 and 10 years. You don't need to be an Eclipse Hosting customer and you don't even need to set up an account for your domain name.
